or groups of people because It is confortable, wide and near to the sea, and It
is located in Otranto a small town that made the cultural and artistic history of
the “Great Salento”. The internal layout of the house: equiped roof (sunshades,
tables,
chairs and barbeque) with wiew over the sea, 45 mq wide; two confortable
bedrooms view over the sea side , for two people each, one with twin bed and one
with a double bed size and all the forniture; bathroom with tub, shower-bath, washing-machine;
a spacious living-room with a kitchen and a cooker (4 fires) and all the tools (pans,
crockeries, fridge, oven etc..), bed sofa for two people; balconies (you can get
them form the balconies and the living-room). |
