The villa is located in front of the sea, in one of the most beautiful places of
Salento: Sant'Andrea. It hold a total area of 2500 mq fenched and 80 mq coverage.
The huge garden is divided in pinewood and meadow, an orchard and a small parking
area for 3 cars. On the meadow there are: sunshades, recling chairs, barbecue open
shower. The interior layout of the villa is composed of 2 confortable bedrooms and
one single room with two wall beds, part of the living room. All the 3 rooms have
a tv, forniture (bedside, cupboard etc..); kitchen with a microwave, big fridge
and all the applaiances (pans, crockeries, fridge etc..); bathroom with shower bath;
porch (It is possle to have breakfast,
lunch adn dinner on the open air), overlooking
at the bay. |
