Renting lovely villa at Otranto, renowned holiday resort in the wonderful Salento.
The villa is the ideal way to spend the summer holiday, it is located at 50 mt away
from the sea and it is near to the harbor, (starting point for the boats excursion).
The interior layout and outside setting of the house are well organized. We have
a spaciuos living room with a big table (12 places), a big sofa bed (3 places),
tv and all the forniture; a small kitchen with all the facilities (applainces, fridge, elettric oven, pans,
crockeries, etc..); 3 bedrooms, 2
with a double bed size plus
sofa bed (2 people), and one with 2 bunk bed total 4 people sleeping; bathroom with
shower bath. The outside setting: a full furnished courtyard (covered witn a confortable
chairs and small sofa); full furnisched backyard (table and chairs); one more bathroom
with a washing machine; and a private garage for a car. |

and lots of people use to spend New year eve here to see the first sunrise of the
